This set of (3) authentic antique gilt brass "ball" buttons is a premier find for collectors of French militaria. Sourced in Spain, these 20-ligne buttons were manufactured by the prestigious Hamot, Blondel & Cie in Paris, dating from the late 19th century to the WWI era (approx. 1880–1920). Known for superior French haberdashery, H.B. & Cie buttons were staples on hussar-style jackets, dolmans, and elite parade uniforms.
