1. COMMISSION AND SPLIT
All sales proceeds will be split 50% to the Consignor and 50% to Secondhand Sandies.
2. PRICING AND VALUATION
All pricing, valuations, and listing strategies are determined solely at the discretion of
Secondhand Sandies. Pricing is based on current market trends, historical data, and item
condition.
3. PICKUP FEES
If Secondhand Sandies is providing transportation or pickup services for the items, a
pickup fee must be determined and agreed upon prior to the start of the consignment.
This fee is separate from the sales commission.
4. SELLING TERM
The standard consignment period for any item is 120 days.
5. EARLY RETRIEVAL FEE
If the Consignor wishes to retrieve their items before the 120-day term has expired, a
$100.00 Service Fee will be charged. This fee covers the labor and time invested in
research, cleaning, and professional photography.
6. UNSOLD ITEMS AND ABANDONMENT
If an item remains unsold after 120 days, it is the Consignor’s responsibility to retrieve it
by the "Final Pickup Date" listed above (7 days after the end date). Any items not
retrieved by this time become the legal property of Secondhand Sandies to donate, sell,
or dispose of.
7. LIABILITY
Secondhand Sandies takes reasonable care of all items but is not responsible for loss or
damage due to theft, fire, or natural wear and tear.

DAYS)

1. COMMISSION AND PLATFORM FEES
The Net Profit of the sale will be split 50% to the Consignor and 50% to Secondhand
Sandies.
● Net Profit Calculation: All third-party platform fees (eBay, Etsy, etc.) and payment
processing fees are deducted from the gross sale price before the 50/50 split.
● Shipping: Buyer-paid shipping is excluded from the split. If Free Shipping is used to
market the item, the actual label cost is deducted from the gross sale before the split.
2. PICKUP FEES
If Secondhand Sandies is providing transportation or pickup services for the items, a
pickup fee must be determined and agreed upon prior to the start of the consignment.
This fee is separate from the sales commission and platform fees.
3. PRICING AND VALUATION
Secondhand Sandies retains sole discretion over all pricing and valuations, including the
acceptance of Best Offers and promotional discounts.
4. SELLING TERM
The standard consignment period for online items is 90 days.
5. EARLY RETRIEVAL FEE
If the Consignor wishes to withdraw items before the 90-day term expires, a $100.00
Service Fee applies. This fee covers the labor of photography and SEO-optimized listing
creation across multiple platforms.
6. UNSOLD ITEMS AND ABANDONMENT
Items not sold after 90 days must be retrieved or return shipping paid for by the "Final
Pickup Date" listed above. Items not retrieved become the legal property of Secondhand
Sandies.
7. PAYOUT SCHEDULE
Payouts are issued on the 15th of the month following the expiration of the buyer's
30-day return window.
